PearWise provides software development, web development, home and business IT support, and related technical services, based in Adelaide, South Australia. Quotes provided for IT support or development work are estimates unless stated otherwise, and may be revised if the scope of work changes. Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PearWise's total liability arising from use of this Site or our general services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PearWise shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, revenue, or profits, arising from use of the Site or our general services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
