PearWise (ABN 77 896 789 641, "we", "us") operates PearWise Automate. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed)
• Workflow data: the automations you build, including any form submissions, messages, or records that pass through them while running
• Connected service credentials: API keys and access tokens you choose to connect (e.g. Google, Telegram, Twilio, LinkedIn), stored so your workflows can use them
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps (for security and troubleshooting)
• Billing data: payment method details processed securely through our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide and run the automations you configure
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Process subscription payments
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, invoices)
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on servers located in Australia. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS). Access to personal data, including connected API keys, is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Third-Party Services

Depending on which nodes you use in your workflows, PearWise Automate may send data to third-party services you have connected, such as Google, Telegram, Twilio, OpenAI, Groq, or LinkedIn. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy — you are responsible for reviewing the terms of any third-party service you choose to connect.

Cookies

We use session cookies essential for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will affect the functionality of the Service.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 90 days after deletion, to allow recovery. Backups may retain data for up to 30 additional days.

Children's Privacy

PearWise Automate is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
