PearWise (ABN 77 896 789 641, "we", "us") operates PearWise Automate. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Data is stored on servers located in Australia. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS). Access to personal data, including connected API keys, is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Depending on which nodes you use in your workflows, PearWise Automate may send data to third-party services you have connected, such as Google, Telegram, Twilio, OpenAI, Groq, or LinkedIn. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy — you are responsible for reviewing the terms of any third-party service you choose to connect.
We use session cookies essential for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will affect the functionality of the Service.
You control what data flows through your own workflows. We do not inspect, read, or use the content of your automations beyond what is required to run them and to provide support if you ask us to.

We retain account data for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 90 days after deletion, to allow recovery. Backups may retain data for up to 30 additional days.
PearWise Automate is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
