By accessing or using PearWise Automate ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Nature of the Service

PearWise Automate provides workflow automation tools designed to assist businesses in managing incoming communications and customer enquiries. The Service does not guarantee business outcomes, customer conversion, or revenue increase.

User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for how you configure and use the Service
  • Any automated messages, responses, or communications sent via the Service are your responsibility
  • You must ensure all communications comply with applicable laws and regulations

No Liability for Communications

PearWise Automate does not take responsibility for:

  • The content of automated replies
  • Any misunderstandings with customers
  • Any reputational, financial, or legal consequences arising from automated communication

Use at Your Own Risk

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". You use it entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PearWise's total liability (if any) is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the previous 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PearWise shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • Loss of clients or opportunities
  • Indirect or consequential damages

No Professional Advice

The Service does not constitute legal, business, or customer service advice.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

License Verification

The software may periodically communicate with PearWise licensing servers for license validation, update checks, and entitlement management. If a subscription lapses, the Service may enter a limited "Locked Mode" restricting the creation of new workflows; workflows already active at the time of lapse continue to run.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time without liability.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.

By using PearWise Automate, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and accept full responsibility for your use of the Service.
