Common questions

What hosting do I need?

Any shared or VPS hosting running PHP 7.4+. No special server configuration required. Hostinger, cPanel, Plesk — all work out of the box.

Does it work with WordPress?

Yes. The package includes a WordPress plugin. It can also run as a standalone PHP app alongside any website.

Do I need a developer to install it?

No. Installation is extracting a ZIP file into a folder on your server. Detailed written instructions are included with your purchase.

What happens after I pay?

You'll receive a license key via email within a few minutes — enter it under Settings → License in your Automate installation to activate. If you need help with installation, technical services are available separately.

What if I cancel my subscription?

Your existing workflows keep running — we never switch off automations that are already live. You'll just stop being able to create new ones until you renew.

Is support included?

Business and Unlimited plans include priority email support. Installation and customisation services are available at $100/hour. See the Service Agreement.
